The Vineyard Pentecostal Holiness Church was built in 1928 on a site located just south of the railroad tracks between Main and Carroll Streets about 100 feet from the entrance to Evergreen Cemetery. It was moved to this location in 1940 to allow for a new entrance to be built for Evergreen Cemetery.
