Former Pritchett Home

This land was part of the Miller estate of 17 acres bought by Ed Beckham in 1912. Allen Pritchett Sr. (whose wife was a member of the Beckham family) built this American Colonial home in 1938 and painted both brick and clapboard white and painted the shutters green.
